Oregon Health Authority seeks cannabis industry stakeholders for rules advisory committees
Deadline to apply for RACs extended to Friday, August 11th
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is sharing this information from the Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
 The Oregon Health Authority has extended its deadline to submit an application to be considered for their rules advisory committee (RAC) for two different rule sets.
The first set is for Division 7 and 64 which includes cannabis testing rules for the adult use and medical cannabis industry. This RAC will see updates related to minor updates and technical fixes and will not be making any major concept changes to the rules. |
The second set is for Division 8 which includes rules around medical marijuana patients, caregivers, growers, medical dispensaries and medical processing sites. This RAC will see updates related to better aligning rules that reference other agency rules and recall procedures.
