The 2025 Farm Stand Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet several times throughout the rulemaking process to discuss farm stands in exclusive farm use zones and agri-tourism. The Phase 1 Farm Stand Rulemaking will explore topics identified by the 2025 legislative agri-tourism work group.

The first meeting is scheduled for this Friday, May 16, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This virtual meeting will be livestreamed and recorded on DLCD’s YouTube Channel.

During this initial session, the RAC will be introduced to the rulemaking process, review background materials available on the Rulemaking Webpage, and discuss issues related to the primary use of properties hosting farm stands.

Future RAC Meeting Dates:

• Tuesday, June 3, 2025 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Tuesday, June 24, 2025 – 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Friday, July 18, 2025 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• September (Date TBD)
