he 2nd meeting of Oregon’s Farm Stand Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) takes place tomorrow, June 3, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to noon and will be held virtually, with a livestream and recording available on DLCD’s YouTube channel.

The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) is leading a public rulemaking process focused on farm stands in exclusive farm use zones. This effort will have lasting impacts on land use, agri-tourism, and small farm viability across the state.

The RAC meeting will discuss activities that promote the sale of farm products inside and outside of farm stands on land zoned for exclusive farm use. 

This is the second in a series of public RAC meetings (next ones: June 24, July 18, and a date TBD in September). All are open to public observation and participation.
