2024 Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Annual Conference

September 26-28, 2024, at Tolovana Inn in Cannon Beach, Oregon

The OSB Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Section’s Sixth Annual Conference will feature the latest updates on cannabis and hemp law, explore the challenges of cannabis legalization, and delve into the evolving landscape of psilocybin and psychedelics law.

Friday features sessions on mindfulness, employee unionization, regulatory updates from Oregon, and discussions on federal controlled substance scheduling.
Saturday includes talks on franchising law, hemp regulation, the farm bill, and current issues in psychedelics.
