Please see the information below from USDA Farm Services Agency (FSA) for a grower meeting available next week in Central Point, Oregon. As a reminder, the federal USDA Hemp Program requires ODA to ensure that everyone who grows hemp is registered with FSA.
HEMP PRODUCER MEETING
- New to Farm Service Agency (FSA)?
- Need an FSA Farm # to apply for ODA license?
- Did you plant hemp and need to do an acreage report?
- Have questions for FSA Staff?
- Need assistance filling out the various forms required?
- Learn FSA deadlines to be more prepared
Join FSA staff on February 8, 2023, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Central Point Service Center, 89 Alder St, Central Point, OR 97502.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO MAKE THE PROCESS EASIER
- Any paperwork that FSA has already sent to you
- ODA license (this can be 2022’s license)
- Site locations of crops
- Planting dates of crops if already planted
- Any maps of properties that you may have (the maps you submitted to ODA for your hemp grower license would be very helpful)
Space in conference room is limited, so please either email or call the FSA office (contact info below) to indicate that you will be attending. FSA would prefer one (1) person from each operation so that everyone can be accommodated.
