OLCC is holding a rulemaking hearing next week FRIDAY, June 16 at 10am re updates to the Artificially Derived Cannabinoids Rules- specifically for CBN product sales by OLCC licensees. 

The Notice of Rulemaking is short. It is linked here and also attached.

~OLCC is proposing to extend the ability of OLCC licensees to sell CBN manufactured before July 1, 2023 until Jan 1, 2025 if the manufacturing meets all food safety laws, is not a product intended for inhalation and does not contain a controlled substance.

~OLCC is additionally proposing to allow the sale of any CBN manufactured AFTER July 1, 2023 if again the manufacturing meets all food safety laws, is not a product intended for inhalation and does not contain a controlled substance, IF the manufacturer has written approval from OLCC and meets OLCC additional requirements.
