2024 Delivery of Alcoholic Beverages Direct to a Consumer

The purpose of this Rules Advisory Committee meeting will be to review the current temporary alcohol delivery rules that are in place due to the passage of 2023 HB 3308, and to get feedback from the industry to craft permanent rule language.
HB 3308 requires parties who deliver alcoholic beverages direct to a consumer on behalf of an OLCC licensee to have an OLCC-issued third-party delivery facilitator permit and to ensure that delivery persons who deliver alcoholic beverages to the physical possession of a consumer have taken the required training.
