Oregon Psilocybin Services Section Holds Virtual Public Hearing on Draft Rules on November 16, 2022

Community participation in the rulemaking process is vital to producing clear, effective, and equitable rules.
All members of the public are invited to comment on the proposed rules during the public comment period scheduled for November 1 – November 21, 2022 (closing at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time). This round of rulemaking will focus on the remainder of rules for ORS 475A, including details related to: licensing, manufacturer and service center facility requirements, packaging, labeling, testing, product transportation, product tracking, product disposal/waste, worker permits, advertising, security, video, record keeping, background checks, facilitator conduct, facilitator exam, dosage, duration and frequency, client information form, client suitability form, and client transportation.
We are not able to accept comment on the rules outside of this window of time.
Proposed rules will be posted on Oregon.gov/psilocybin on November 1, 2022.
During the public comment period, you can comment on these updated sections of the rules either in writing by sending an email to [email protected] or by participating in one of the virtual public hearings.
