ODA Scheduled to Adopt Presumptive Marijuana Testing Rules

Public comment hearing (virtual): November 21, 2024, 9:00-9:30 am PST 

Public Comment period will remain open until November 29, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) is scheduled to formally adopt the temporary administrative rules filed in July that update presumptive marijuana testing rules. ODA is inviting the public to provide comments on the proposed adoption of these rules.
