URGENT- PUBLIC HEARING-Hemp Product Registry- HB 3049- WEDNESDAY, 8am

The House Committee on Business and Labor has scheduled HB 3049 for Public Hearing this Wednesday, March 8 at 8am!
HB 3049 is the bill based on the general recommendations of the HB3000/SB1564 Taskforce Subcommittee on Cannabinoids for OLCC to create a product registry and labeling requirements for hemp products sold in Oregon.
The original text as introduced was shared with our Membership on January 17.
We just received the -1 Amendment, which is attached.
