This rulemaking package addresses technical updates due to HB 3308. HB 3308 requires parties who deliver alcoholic beverages direct to a consumer on behalf of an OLCC licensee to have an OLCC-issued third-party delivery facilitator permit and to ensure that delivery persons who deliver alcoholic beverages to the physical possession of a consumer have taken the required training.
